OUR TEAM

ADHOC currently employs 60 full time staff members including 24 women. The Central office located in Phnom Penh comprises 32 staff members while 28 staff members work across the provincial offices.

ADHOC has branch offices in 17 provinces. Each provincial office normally comprises three full time staff members, for example a Provincial Coordinator and two Monitors. Most of the provincial staff were recruited from the provinces where they lived in order to serve ADHOC branch offices. Every Provincial Coordinator is a representative of ADHOC for its province and responsible for facilitation and advise to staff, and also plays important role to takes lead in operations and implementing its project activities, and when necessary; s/he will consult with the Head of Human Rights and Land Rights Section for any issues that cannot address by the provincial office.

ADHOC provincial offices have the capacity and resource to operate its project activities and monitor the human rights violation, human trafficking abuse, land disputes, etc., over the 25 provinces/ capital within the country.

The 18 provincial offices are the following:

  1. Phnom Penh Central office: covers Phnom Penh and Kandal province;
  2. Battambang provincial office: covers Battambang and Pailin provinces;
  3. Bantey Manchey provincial office: covers Beantey Manchey
  4. Kampong Cham provincial office: covers Kampong Cham and Tboung Khmum provinces;
  5. Kampong Thom provincial office: covers Kampong Thom province;
  6. Kampong Chhnang provincial office: covers Kampong Chhnang and Pursat provinces;
  7. Kampot provincial office: covers Kampot,Kep and Takéo provinces;
  8. Kratié provincial office: covers Kratié province;
  9. Kampong Speu provincial office: covers Kampong Speu province;
  10. Koh Kong provincial office: covers Koh Kong province;
  11. Mondulkiri provincial office: covers Mondulkiri province;
  12. Oddar Manchey provincial office: covers Oddar Manchey province;
  13. Prey Veng provincial office: covers Prey Veng and Svay Rieng provinces;
  14. Preah Vihear provincial office: covers Preah Vihear province;
  15. Ratanakiri provincial office: covers Ratanakiri office;
  16. Preah Sihanouk provincial office: covers Preah Sihanouk province;
  17. Stung Treng provincial office: covers Stung Trenf province;
