Finance:

The Administration and Finance Section works to strengthen the governance and management, ensure accountability and transparency, as well as improve organisational capacity, by building staff relations and competencies, improving communication, sharing roles and responsibilities, human resource and fundraising capacity, work environment and team spirit, and monitoring staff performance. The section also explores the feasibility of expanding the organization’s funding in the donor community and making greater use of opportunities, and develop a stable, highly qualified and motivated workforce that actively delivers the organisation’s mission. 

Financial audits are conducted every year by independent auditors and shared with donors.
