Under the «Decent Work Conditions of Rubber and Banana Plantation in Cambodia» project, funded by the European Union, the ADHOC in Kampong Cham and Tboung Khmum provinces organized two sensitization sessions on «Gender Stereotype and Gender-Based Violence.” These sessions were held on March 13, 2026, in Tboung Khmum Province and on March 15, 2026, in Kampong Cham Province, with a total of 60 participants, including 30 women. The purpose of these sessions was to provide knowledge about gender, gender roles in the workplace, discrimination and sexual harassment, human trafficking, labor trafficking, decent working conditions, and the benefits of the National Social Security Fund (NSSF) card.
