On July 30, 2025, ADHOC’s Decent Work Conditions for Rubber and Banana Plantation Workers in Cambodia Project organized a dialogue meeting on “Decent work conditions for rubber and banana plantation workers” in Mondulkiri Province. This dialogue included participation from trade unions, workers, employers, and representatives from rubber and banana plantation companies. Additionally, the dialogue aimed to open discussions on challenges, seek solutions, and provide constructive recommendations and advocate to relevant institutions.
