On May 17 to 18, 2025, the Decent Work Conditions for Rubber and Banana Plantation Workers in Cambodia project, coordinated and implemented by ADHOC’s Kampong Cham provincial office, organized a training on “Fundamentals of Democracy, the Rule of Law, and Principles of Labor Rights.” The training was attended by 30 participants of workers, community members, and labor’s rights defenders, including17 women. The training course aimed to provide knowledge and strengthen the capacity of participants on the principles of democracy, rule of law, business, and fundamental human rights.
