TISCO is providing technical support for the development of ADHOC\u2019s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. In this light the experts interviewed ADR communities, local authorities, and beneficiaries at Kratie and Kompong Cham who requested ADHOC\u2019s ADR services in the past.<a href=\"http:\/\/adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4837 alignright\" alt=\"1\" src=\"http:\/\/adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-300x217.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"217\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-1024x742.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-220x159.jpg 220w, https:\/\/www.adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-280x203.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.adhoccambodia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/1-102x74.jpg 102w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p align=\"center\">ADHOC\u2019s ADR program is currently in its second year of implementation. Financial support is provided by the European Union. The program aims to provide out-of-court Access to Justice and stems from the realization that courts in Cambodia are notoriously slow, expensive, far removed and often sway verdicts in favor of the rich and powerful.
